Sunbury was the center of activity for settlers in the 1700's

Daniel and Tobias Sheckler had to have started here
to establish there property in Union County just west of here.
They and their children traveled to and through here many times,
especially when the trains came into being. See Conrad's Diary

from film by the late Clarence Weaver, a lifelong Sunbury resident and school teacher,  this excellent black and white and color film was shot over four decades from the 1930's through
