On the map above, the "M" spots the CONRAD STRUBLE FARM.   The "M" stands for MUSSER who owned the farm at the time the 1868 Buffalo Township Maps were drawn up.  Conrad's daughter Elizabeth who married  Adam Sheckler lived on this farm.  Others involved with farm included Elizabeth's sister, Susan who married Magee and a brother, Conrad Jr. who lived in Centre County. Conrad Sheckler ( now the grandson of Conrad Struble Sr. )  constructed his own home North of  here, and the children sold the farm to Mr. Musser.

At one time the Hauck farm was also owned by Strubles.  In 1839 this 200 acres was sold to Shem Esh for $9000.
